  • JOY Trip Announced

    JOY Travels to Atlanta to experience The Georgia Shakespeare Festival production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Wednesday, July 15. Depart St. Peter’s at 5:00 p.m. and return by 11:30 p.m. Cost per person for admission & transportation: $60.00. Bring your own picnic supper to enjoy before the show at tables reserved for our group on the tented terrace. All beverages are allowed. This trip is limited to 21 participants. Call 706-291-9111, then send your non-refundable check to confirm your space. Guests >21 are welcome.

    STUDIO GO! VBS 2009: Registration forms are on the bulletin board (or on the Children's Ministries page) in Daniel Hall now for VBS–slated for July 13-17 from 9:00 – 12:00. We’ll have fun here in our “studio” while preparing to go serve our neighbors in Rome. We’ll wrap up with a splashy backstage bash at the city pool on Friday, July 17 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Come on down!

    Starting in May, St. Peter’s will host the community soup kitchen on the fourth week of the month (fourth Monday).

St. Peter's is located in beautiful downtown Rome, Georgia at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We invite you to come visit us in person, whether you are just visiting, or if you are looking for a church home. We offer a variety of children and adult programs and bible study in addition to our worship services.
